Jenny and Adam may both be from a galaxy far, far away (Tennessee), but they fell in love and decided to get married right here in San Francisco. The San Francisco Swedenborgian Church was the perfect place for their Halloween wedding with it's dark wood paneling in the church and homey feel in the reception space.
Although they didn't have an official Star Wars wedding theme, they did have R2D2 serve as the ring bearer while BB8 was a special guest. They also had Star Wars and Indian Jones boutonnieres, the wedding ceremony notes were printed on Harry Potter pages, the photo booth props included an alien facehugger, and some very special numbers on the church board as you can see above. Do you know what the numbers mean?

The bride and groom aren't the only ones ready to go!
Their officiant used Harry Potter pages for his wedding ceremony notes
R2D2, the ring bearer, started off the wedding ceremony processional followed by the groom and Endor
Time for the rings from R2D2!
They did it! Now time to put the groom to work for some photos. He threw her veil several times for the photographer.
Sweetheart table front and back
And they lived happily ever after...
The Swedenborgian Church of San Francisco is a national history landmark. It's church has seating for 120 guests for your ceremony and it's open to couples of all backgrounds (obviously the wedding above was pretty non-traditional). For your reception, they have The Parish house which features a garden room, fireside room, and dining room. It can accommodate up to 75 for a seated dinner inside.
Want me to be the "Robyn" to your Batman? (The bride had a Batman tattoo and she joked that I was her "Robyn")
